إذا كان بالإمكان توسيع مفهوم العدوان ليشمل العدوان الإقتصادي, فيجب منطقيا أن يتسع ليشمل الشركات والمؤسسات المالية لكونها الجهات الشبه حكومية الأقدر والأكثر نشاطا في هذا النوع من العدوان. حقيقة, يجب أن يتسع المفهوم ليضم أيضا المجالس الإدارية للشركات وأغلبية المساهمين المسؤولين عن مثل جرائم العدوان هذه التي تتم في ظل إدارتهم لأرباحهم.
