I have an appointment at the US Consulate in Istanbul tomorrow…checked the website for the location…here is what’s written: “Follow signs toward the Carrefour-SA Supermarket. The Consulate General is located on the hill OVERLOOKING THE SUPERMARKET.” See? Americans! Always poised to pounce on other peoples’ resources!
