More than any other major identity group, Muslims the world over cannot see someone carrying a sleeping child without involuntarily recalling images (experienced or witnessed) of someone carrying the limp, tiny body of a child victim from the rubble of a bombing or airstrike. As they say on the Internet, let that sink in.
