So basically, the UAE can ship oil out of the emirate of Fujairah and bypass Hormuz, so not only do they not care if Iran decided to choke the most important transit route of the global oil supply, if they DID choke it, UAE would benefit enormously.
Never mind the rest of the GCC oil exporters…never mind Asia, which gets 80%of its oil through the Straits of Hormuz…never mind Iran establishing a foothold in the Arabian Peninsula…never mind the inevitable consequence of sectarian tensions….never mind EVERYTHING…we got our little rocks in the gulf back, we can still export, all’s well.
