Realize that national governments are merely subsidiaries of the global imperial order, and real revolutionary action should bypass them. Power does not lie with them.
Toppling the government will not dislodge the control of the multinationals, and obliterating the army (even if you could) will have even less effect.
Focus your action directly at the corporate outposts which are the institutional limbs of the global elite.
Tell them, “we recognize that you control the government, and you dictate policies. We recognize that our influence over policy cannot compete with yours. That’s fine. But we are in a position to make sure that your goals here will not be achieved, unless you use your influence over policy in a way that addresses our needs and reflects our values.”
