If you want to fight against the regime by the conventional methods, if you want to carry out a standard armed insurgency against the military, there is very little need for discussion. It is not complex, the tactics of asymmetric urban guerilla warfare are well-known, and there are numerous recent examples to imitate.
You will certainly be able to achieve successes at least as disastrous as Iraq and Syria, and indeed, you have the potential to succeed in creating an even greater catastrophe in Egypt.
If for some reason you are unable to learn the standard tactics of Guerilla warfare on your own , simply examine the counter-insurgency training and preparations undertaken by the military, so you can learn exactly the style of fighting they are expecting from you.
If you have trouble perfecting the strategy, start anyway; if you don’t currently have the capacity to burn a similar quantity of vehicles that were burned during the Iranian revolution, do as many as you can with the personnel and equipment you have.
If you can just prove that you are committed to replicating the recent models of disaster and ruin, it won’t be long before the CIA and Mossad step up to give you all the training and financial support you need.
