Right off there’s a problem here. It’s an income tax, not a tax on actual net worth.
Also it allows them to decide exactly which projects their taxes will be used to fund. This further entrenches the undemocratic control of the elite over the national budget.
It also doesn’t stipulate that the taxes can’t be used to finance public – private partnerships.
