Egypt is today being invaded and occupied by a neoliberal crusade.
Everywhere that the neoliberal program has been imposed, it creates conditions identical to the conditions of a country vanquished and conquered by war, with the only major differences being that the misery is worse, the degradation more comprehensive, the enslavement more inescapable.
Just as the original crusades had religious and economic motives, the same is true today, and because of the materialistic nature of their kufr, the two motives are interlinked and cannot be isolated from each other.
Those at the top of the global power structure are waging a war until Deen is for them and them alone, establishing their worship, and requiring homage and obedience from the rest of the population.
The elite require continuous praise and adulation, continuous tributes and oblations of financial offerings, service, sacrifice, and submission.
They believe that your resources are theirs by right, that your labor is theirs by right, that your money is theirs by right, that your loyalty is theirs by right, that your very lives, and the lives of your children, are theirs by right.
This is the fundamental creed of neoliberalism, it is the new religion they are trying to impose upon us. This conflict is simultaneously religious and economic, in both its motives and methods, and we have to respond accordingly.
