Demanding a change in the regime; demanding that someone else sit in the presidential palace and implement the neoliberal program, is not the way to achieve the goals of the revolution. It is not the way to achieve Egyptian independence.

It makes no particular difference to the corporate imperial system who manages the local imposition of their authority, this is only a competition that matters to the local parties who vie with each other for position and benefits under the neoliberal system.

If you rebel, rebel against policies. This is what worked in Chile, Venezuela, Bolivia, and elsewhere. If you focus your attention on political personalities instead of policies, yes, you can certainly achieve personnel changes, but not revolutionary social change.
