Targeting the army and security apparatus directly only helps create a pretext for greater repression and boosts the military budget.
Ultimately it can serve the interests of the power structure, not undermine them. They may even fabricate militant activities to create a problem in order to justify repressive measures in the name of security.
Targeting corporate power for disruption, however, does not and cannot serve the interests of power. Corporations do not absorb loss, they cannot tolerate disruption.
They can use social unrest to justify demanding greater guarantees to protect their capital, but that is because they know their capital is not really in danger. If they know their capital is really in danger, they will protect it themselves.
What we have to do is create a problem for them, get a reaction from them, and offer a solution to them. Dialog through disruption.
