I do not advocate admiring personalities, or following leaders; I advocate valuing ideas and following effective strategies. Ideas cannot be corrupted, and strategies have no ego.
One of the problems we have faced is the allegiance to personalities and parties instead of policies and strategies. This is a serious mistake, and I hope we can cure ourselves from this tendency.
