Multinational corporations and financial institutions are not huge mysterious phantom powers that cannot be touched.
They are facilities.
They are buildings; the doors and windows of those buildings; the electricity and plumbing of those buildings; the machinery and equipment used inside those buildings; the roads leading in and out of those buildings.
They are staff.
They are people with skills who have to go to and from work every day, and can choose not to, if it becomes too uncomfortable or too inconvenient to do so. They are executives and managers who are difficult to replace, if they are convinced to abandon their jobs.
They are supply chains.
They are deliveries, they are transport vehicles and delivery routes; they are storage facilities, suppliers, distributors, customer orders and deadlines.
They are shareholders.
They are their owners who care for nothing but maximizing profit, and who are unwilling to sacrifice their dividends and returns on their investments for anything.
Any and all of these things are identifiable and vulnerable to disruption.
