I have noticed there is a tendency among some readers to respond to what they assume I am saying, rather than to what I actually say. They see keywords which they associate with particular established dogmas, and so they assume I am advocating those ideas.
They see terms which they think are labels for certain boxes, and assume I am in this or that box. So they respond to the box.
We should try to achieve a state of intellectual boxlessness.
