Those doing work on the ground who are from the bigger parties and organizations should be the first ones to understand the failure of the hierarchical structure of their parties, and the effectiveness of Open Source Revolution.
They are largely operating without central supervision or instruction from the party leadership, as the leaders are in jail or in exile.
This is sufficient to prove that centralized leadership is a flawed system. If the leaders are removed, the group is left without direction, and is forced to improvise. Having now started to improvise their own strategy and tactics, they have themselves proven that they are not in fact in need of the central leadership.
All that is necessary is an understanding of power dynamics, and the basic strategic concepts of system disruption. Development of tactics and selection of targets, as well as listing demands, does not require large organizations and hierarchical leadership structures.
However, you should know that Open Source Revolution will be resisted by organizations almost as much as it is resisted by the power system.
