There is no question that corporations have the ability to influence policy, pressure regimes, and even to install governments.
You cannot find an example of a coup in the last 50 years that was not carried out for the sake of business, and within the United States, it has been irrefutably proven that corporate interests absolutely control policy.
Business coercing government to serve their interests is nothing new. The strategy of economic resistance and system disruption is simply designed to commandeer that process for the public good.
