The announcement about the massive withdrawal of investment by Kuwait has nothing to do with the leaks.
The decision could not have been made that fast, and investors do not care if they are liked. It has to do with the fact that they have been made to feel that their capital is not secure in Egypt, and they can’t make a profit from their investments.
