Saudi Arabia is a client state, it does not fight for sectarian reasons, it fights for its master. Sectarian reasons are merely the marketing strategy for the fight. If they genuinely cared about the people of the Sunnah in Yemen, they would have intervened to prevent the neoliberal assault on Yemeni society for the last 20 years.
