It is a truism that oppressors view those whom they oppress as their primary enemies. They, therefore, have many mechanisms for protecting themselves against their victims; such as the intelligence and security services. It is not a genuinely revolutionary strategy to confront the mechanisms which exist to absorb confrontation. They are not powerful because they have the intelligence and security services, rather, they have the intelligence and security services because they are powerful. The main source of that power is capital. This is a source of power because of the nature of economic policy and the structure of corporations.
You must confront this system. You must use their capital against them. Exert popular control over corporate power by disrupting profitability and efficiency. Subordinate capital to the popular will. That would be both a genuinely revolutionary strategy, and a revolutionary victory
