“يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لِمَ تَقُولُونَ مَا لَا تَفۡ…

“يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لِمَ تَقُولُونَ مَا لَا تَفۡعَلُونَ
ڪَبُرَ مَقۡتًا عِندَ ٱللَّهِ أَن تَقُولُواْ مَا لَا تَفۡعَلُونَ.”

Like, for instance, beating the drums of war from a safe and distant location once you have fled the battlefield

Typing “Jihad! Jihad!” while eating Turkish kebabs, and calling for fighting while you cannot even climb a flight of stairs without losing your breath

Allah, Subhanahu wa Ta’ala told our Prophet ﷺ :

فَقَاتِلْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ لاَ تُكَلَّفُ إِلاَّ نَفْسَكَ وَحَرِّضِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ

First take responsibility for yourself

Undertake yourself what you call the people to do
