The best type of training for developing conflict fitness, in my opinion, is bodyweight High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT ) .
This style of exercise most closely simulates the physical experience of being in a fight or conflict, working the whole body’s muscle groups while also challenging your cardiovascular system. Its speed and intensity, with limited rest between exercises, and its sudden variations of types of activity, provides the most practical training for preparing your body for conflict scenarios.
