Frankly, it astonishes me that no one seems to be curious about the financial resources of opposition party leaders who have no jobs and no clear source of income.

Financial transparency was an incredibly strict policy under Umar bin al-Khattab, which he learned from Rasulullah ï·º himself. Any leader must disclose his assets, his sources of financing, and what he spends. This is basic.

As we all know, the policy of leaders tends to follow the dictates of their financiers; the people following these leaders have a right to know who is funding them, and how much.

Furthermore, the followers of these parties are risking death and imprisonment, and the families of the martyrs and prisoners need support; they have a right to know if the leaders who are calling upon the people to endanger themselves and their families, are valuing their own personal comfort more than they value the sacrifices of their followers.
