If you find that you are lacking in sufficient arm strength to support your own body weight, for instance, if you can’t do a single push-up; you urgently need to build upper body power.
Don’t be discouraged, you will be surprised by how quickly you can gain strenngth in your arms if you just discipline yourself through some beginner progressions, and you will be doing push-ups before you know it.
Insha’Allah, I will post a clip with some basic initial exercises you can do to start building the strength in your arms so you will be able to move forward into more challenging exercises.
