Avoid the trap of hierarchy.
There is no need for a revolutionary chain of command, no need for a unified leadership structure.
As soon as you adopt such a format, you shackle the revolution, and lay the groundwork for its demise.
The only leaders you need are the heads of independent groups of active rebels to coordinate revolutionary actions.
Beyond that, you should be led only by your own goals and demands, adhering to no structure other than general strategic unity dedicated to the disruption of power (in my opinion, that should be the power of the private sector; multinationals and foreign investors).
Don’t let anyone become the “manager” of the revolution.
