I keep seeing references to “quality operations” against the coup, without anyone defining what this means.
Can someone explain?
Is “quality” just a code word for “violent”?
Or are those using the term keeping it vague because they don’t actually know what a “quality operation” might be? Or because they want to have a term which can be inclusive of any type of action other than conventional street protests, so that they can maintain the option of either claiming or disowning any tactics rebels may try, depending on their success?
