It is conceivable that you could restore the Egyptian military to the traditional role of a national army if you destroy their business enterprise; with no economic interests, they would have no incentive to govern. If you can succeed in undermining their companies to the point of insolvency, obviously, the role and market share of those companies will be taken over by multinationals
