simple rule:
whatever injustice you tolerate, you deserve to suffer. Whatever wrong you witness without opposing, you invite upon yourself. It is not just a matter of sharing in the guilt of an injustice when you do not oppose it, though that is certainly true; but the point here is; if you do not oppose it, you will drown in it yourself eventually.
