No one can honestly say that the Ikhwan are not negotiating with the Coup. In fact, that is all they have done. The policy of “peacefulness is stronger than bullets” is, by definition, a negotiating posture; not a confrontational posture. The protests are, and always have been, a method of bargaining with the regime; not toppling it.
