Umar bin al-Khattab worried about even an animal stumbling on a road in the land under his authority; but today you will find leaders of Islamic parties taking a frivolous attitude towards the death, injury, displacement and impoverishment of millions of Believers; and we are supposed to believe that these people will establish a government similar to that of Umar?
