The shayateen are chained in Ramadan, but, having been chained myself, I know there is still a lot of damage you can do while shackled, so I am not really sure if this means that the shayateen are actually completely incapacitated, hindered, yes, but completely neutralized? I don’t know. You can still whisper in chains, can’t you?
