The most infuriating thing to me about bigots, regardless of who they hate, is their complete incapacity for objective self-evaluation; their utter, willful blindness towards their own behavior, their own faults, their own crimes. It is the fact that they are so convinced of their own superiority that all their imperfections, and indeed even their atrocities, are instantly excusable, and not worth mentioning.
