Whenever the US wants to go to war, they always have the money for it. There are never any budgetary restrictions on the military. The Defense Department is never placed under an Austerity program. The government never runs out of funds for what they call “security”, but what we call security; jobs, homes, healthcare, education, and financial stability; can always be sacrificed

It has never been a matter of not having enough money in the budget; it has only ever been a matter of how that money is distributed, and the government “of the people, by the people, and for the people” always puts the people at the bottom of the priority list.
