I do not see any problem with beginning your negotiations with multinational companies by demanding their withdrawal from Egypt, as long as you understand that this is merely a negotiating position. Anyway, they will not withdraw, and you should not really want them to withdraw; but as an initial demand it may be useful, as it may make them more open later on to acquiescing to your actual demands in return for a normalization of safe business operations.
Among the immediate demands I think you should make to the multinationals, you should oblige them to support the rescinding of the right of the military to try civilians in military courts; the release of all political prisoners, including all members of the Mursi administration, abolition of the ban on public demonstrations; and the holding of free elections within 3-6 months of the release of prisoners.
Any opposition or revolutionary political party needs to make it a fundamental policy promise that if they reach power among the first things they will do is annul all previously contracted debts of the former regimes, renegotiate all existing contracts with foreign energy companies, halt all privatization measures, and, of course, suspend all treaties and agreements signed by the previous governments pending an independent review.
