Whenever I write a criticism of some or most of the “Islamist leadership”, there seems to always be an assumption that I am talking about the Ikhwan. There are probably two reasons for this; the Ikhwan are the largest group, and the criticisms do largely apply to them, but certainly not ONLY them.
