Remember, the IMF is a broker, not a buyer. It connects governments that are for sale with those who are interested in purchasing them. To facilitate these deals, the IMF prepares the government as much as possible to make it more attractive to potential buyers. They teach you, essentially, how best to present yourself on the slave auction block to ensure that you will be purchased.

At the end of the day, everything relies upon the buyer’s interest. If the buyers (multinational corporations and their owners) do not feel that the country is going to be a profitable addition to their portfolio, they, and the IMF, will withdraw.

Thus, the task at hand is to make Egypt as unattractive as possible to those who wish to enslave it. That means, attacking foreign investment; it means disrupting the profitability and operational efficiency of multinational corporations as frequently as you can, and informing them, and their owners, that they will never be free to do business in Egypt until Egypt is free.
