They are telling you that if you kill the guard standing outside your jail cell, you will be immediately freed. They don’t mention that the same prison administration which hired that guard can easily replace him. That is the simple genius of imperialist rule; it is easy to get people to concentrate on the oppressor who is directly in front of them, while obscuring the real power above him.
