We are preparing to initiate a campaign to pressure some of the major multinational corporations working in Myanmar to support the reinstatement of Rohingya citizenship. These companies have economic power many times greater than the entire GDP of the country. They spend millions of dollars every year lobbying politicians in the US and Europe, and, of course, the government in Yangon; and they always get what they want. So there is no question that these companies have the power to influence the regime, and there is also no question that we have the power to influence these companies.
