Seriously though, if the US designates the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organisation, that will effectively shut down nearly every single Muslim rights group in the US, every significant Muslim charity, Muslim schools, and who knows how many Muslim businesses.
I am not a fan, obviously, but would you rather have the Ikhwan or the Saudis managing these kinds of things?
This designation would be a massive boost to the Gulf (excluding Qatar), and to the whole Wahhabi slant on the religion. it is a very, very bad idea
