Everyone knows that Kamala Harris is basically the Democratic nominee for president. No one expects Biden, who is barely lucid, to survive for the next four years. He has referred to himself as a transition candidate. It couldn’t be more obvious.
Yet, Harris was unable to generate enough support to even make it through the primaries before dropping out. She is not the candidate the people wanted — and they made it crystal clear.
So what does that tell you? Aside from the self-evident disregard the Democratic Party has for the will of their own members, it indicates to me that Harris must have made a lot of promises, agreed to a lot of deals, with powerful interests that steer the party.
