6. Isaiah Lewis, shot while assaulting a police officer, even after having been tased 3 times; after knocking the officer unconscious, a second officer shot Lewis – the officers were not charged
7. Kevin Pudlik, shot in the passenger seat of a vehicle involved in a police chase connected to an earlier shooting. The driver of the vehicle attempted to drive into an officer; police fired, killing Pudlik. Two loaded guns were found in the vehicle – the officers were not charged.

14. Michael Dean, shot during a traffic stop when the officer inadvertently pulled the trigger of his service revolver while retrieving Dean’s car keys – the officer has been charged with manslaughter and faces life in prison
