أنا لا أؤيد الإعجاب بالشخصيات، أو اتباع القادة. أنا أؤيد تقييم الأفكار واتباع الاستراتيجيات الفعالة. الأفكار لا يمكن أن يتم افسادها، والاستراتيجيات ليس لديها الأنا. واحدة من المشاكل التي واجهناها هي الولاء للشخصيات والأحزاب بدلا من السياسات والاستراتيجيات. وهذا خطأ خطير، وآمل أن نتمكن من علاج أنفسنا في هذا الاتجاه.
