الطريقة الوحيدة لضبط نشاطات الشركات المتعددة الجنسيات والمستثمرين الأجانب في مصر هي حينما يتم تعطيل نشاطاتها الغير منضبطة لدرجة فقدان الربح وحينما لا يكون لهم خيار اخر للقيام بأعمالهم الا بقبول الانضباط. هذه هي الآلية الوحيدة لترويض الشركات المتعددة الجنسيات. الحكومة لا تستطيع فعل ذلك كونها تابعة فلا يمكنها الإملاء على الشركة الأم.
