Wounded Syrians–civilians and fighters–are receiving medical treatment inside of Israel. OK, I knew about the field hospital set up by the Israelis in the Golan Heights to treat the injured, but it has become a much more elaborate involvement at this point. They have paramedics now patrolling the border…just in case somebody may need treatment….
